Shipping & Returns

Buyer is to pay all shipping charges. We add a $1.50 handling fee to help pay for packaging materials, paperwork, and delivery to the post office. Most of our products will be shipped USPS Priority. We have found that this is the best way because of fast shipping and less damage to the parcel. IF your package is extremely heavy it may be shipped parcel post in order to save you money. We also offer overnight, 2nd day air, and express.

We ship internationally. Email us with your order and we will get you a shipping cost first.

We will accept--credit cards, money orders, and checks with prior approval and time for the check to clear before shipping. For check option, please contact us first before you place your order. We will also ship COD through UPS. If this option does not work out, then we reserve the right to discontinue its use at any time. If you order COD and the package is returned, the next order will have to be pre-paid and the charges of the shipping on the COD that was returned must be paid. COD order will be by money order or certified check only.

Cancellations:
Please know that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If you do cancel an order you must contact us via email: dnjradio@gmail.com before it is shipped. We will email you a cancellation notice if the product has not been shipped. Only then will the cancellation be in effect.

Returns:
A Return Authorization must be issued before returning any merchandise. Please email us at dnjradio@gmail.com. Product must be in original carton, unassembled and unused. Returns cannot be made after a product has been assembled. Custom orders are non-returnable. Returns cannot be made after 30 days.
